What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask that they:
- Talk with homeowners honestly about scope and timing
- Give written quotes before work begins
- Hold the licenses and permits their local rules require
- Answer questions about materials and process
Each provider is responsible for their own work, their own contract and their own insurance.
What We Do Not Do
We do not set your price. We do not sign your contract. We do not supervise the job or perform the work. Any agreement is between you and the provider.
