How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
There are two conversations in this process. The first is with Varyrally Remodeling, a referral service. We take down the basics of your project and route your request. The second is with an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who visits your home, writes the quote and does the work.
We keep it simple because a remodel already has enough moving parts.
What Happens on the Call
Think of the first call like a doctor's intake form. It is not the treatment. It just gathers the facts so the right person can help.
Expect questions about:
- The room you want to change
- The kind of project, such as a walk-in shower, tub conversion or full kitchen
- Your home type and general location
- Your rough timeline
Small repairs are not a fit for this network. We focus on real remodeling projects.
Request a callback to start, and the provider will take it from there.
What to Ask a Provider
A good provider expects questions. Here are some worth asking:
- Can I see a written quote that lists materials and labor?
- Which licenses and permits apply to this job?
- How will you handle moisture, waterproofing and ventilation?
- What does your work schedule look like, and who will be in my home?
- How are changes to the plan handled, and how are they priced?
- What warranty does your business offer, in writing?
Typical U.S. remodel costs vary widely by size, materials and local rates, so compare more than one written quote.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions, take your time and say no. A request through Varyrally Remodeling is not a commitment. Any contract is between you and the provider, so read it fully before you sign.
If you can, talk with more than one provider. Keep every quote, message and note in one folder, so you can look back and compare them side by side when it is time to decide.
